Scale Your Outreach!

We are excited to introduce our new feature! The highly requested (drumroll, please) - Email Sequencing! With email, you are now able to drastically scale your outreach to prospects across multiple channels. You can choose to target similar audiences to that of LinkedIn, or you can choose different audiences altogether.

Be sure you continue to keep your email copy short and to the point - the longer the email, the less likely a prospect will read it. You should also be sure to convey your value/benefits to the prospect vs. describing your product/service or detailing out your company history.

Think about the emails you receive and what catches your attention!

Here’s how to get started:

You can set up an email account under “Integrations” > “Email”.

To connect a Gmail account:

  1. You first need to set up a 2-Step Verification, here’s how you can do this:

  1. After this you need to generate an App Password, here’s how to do this:

  1. And finally, you need to enter your email address in both SMTP and IMAP fields, together with your generated app password.

To connect a Yahoo account:

You can generate the passwords from https://login.yahoo.com/myaccount/security -> App passwords -> Generate (make sure that your account has 2-Step Verification enabled)

To connect a Hotmail, Outlook/Outlook 365 account:

The setup process is a bit different for Outlook users.

  1. You need to connect with your regular password vs generating an App password.

  2. Your connection attempt might be refused. If that’s the case - please approve the connection from this page, and then try again:

You can find the Outlook SMTP/IMAP settings here:

After your email account is connected, you will need to complete the email enrichment process in the campaign’s profiles section, create template messages under ‘Email Sequences’ in the ‘Templates’ section and finally enable the email sequencing module:

As for limits, we recommend starting with 5 emails per day and increasing the limit after day 3, by 5 emails every 2 days, up to 100 emails per day.

Please note, that you are solely responsible for complying with any local or international email regulations.
