Resolving template errors for your campaigns
One of the most important parts of your campaigns are your templates for the Invites, Sequences and InMails. Which is why we understand how frustrating it can be when you’ve put all that time into building out your template only to get a pesky error message like this one below, when trying to save.
Don’t fret, we all have been here before. This is letting you know that you cannot save the template due to a special character.
Just remove any special characters such as “ “ , & ‘ . # / *.
Phew - Easy fix!
Once you have removed the special character(s), you will be able to save the template, add it to your campaign, and then launch your campaign into success.
