Sales Navigator vs. Your LinkedIn Inbox
This article is to answer one of the frequently asked questions about why messages show up in certain inboxes. The answer has more to do with LinkedIn than Zopto, and we have explained it below in four simple statements.
If you send an InMail message in Sales Navigator, the response will appear in your Sales Navigator Inbox.
If you send an InMail or message from your LinkedIn account, the response will appear in your LinkedIn Inbox.
If you send a message to a connection or lead in Sales Navigator, the message will appear in their LinkedIn Inbox.
If someone sends you a message or InMail, but you didn't initiate the conversation in Sales Navigator, it will appear in your LinkedIn Inbox.
Keep in mind that you can access both your Sales Navigator Inbox and your LinkedIn Inbox from Sales Navigator.
