Zopto's Customizable Templates

Zopto makes your lead generation easy- and one thing that makes your job even more simple, are the pre-formatted and customizable templates on our platform, which you can add instantly to any of your campaigns.

You can create templates for five major functions: Invites, InMails, Sequences, Email Sequences, and Saved Templates, on our platform by accessing the Template section on your account and we are going to give you a step by step instruction for each of them.

Creating an Invite Template

As soon as you enter the template section of Zopto, you see the following, as shown in the image. Here, you can access 6 ready-to-use standard templates.

You can then select how you want to create the message. If you want to use a pre-built message, or create one from scratch, click the green button that says "Generic Template."

In this article, we will look at how to use a template in the “+” icon system of our platform. Templates are incredibly useful in quickly creating documents that are ready-to-go for various needs.

Here are the steps to access the template:

Step 1: Click on the “+” icon at the right side to view the template.

Step 2: Select the type of template you need from the list.

Step 3: Fill in the template with your information.

Step 4: Click “Save” to finalize the document.

By using this template system, you can be sure to remember all of the necessary information for legally required documents, such as contracts. With the template already formatted, you can quickly fill it out with the needed details.

You can find the template functionality located at the “+” icon at the right side of the platform page. Have fun creating documents!

The following pop-up will appear, where you can see a pre-filled message template. Here, you can edit the Name of the template and also customize the Message as you need, which can later be used in your campaigns with a single click.

You can also see an Insert Variable option here, which can be used in your messages.

Insert Variable: This is another handy feature that allows you to personalize the messages to each of the targeted leads. As soon as you click on the drop down the following list displays. You can click on the variable you wish to use and its short code appears on the message.

For example, If you wish to address each of your leads by their first name you need to click on the first name option in the drop down menu and it’s short code appears which, when launched using the campaign, gets replaced by the actual first name of each of the targeted prospects automatically.

Step 2: Give a name for the template, customize the message and personalize it using the inset variable option, as needed, and click on the “Create Private Template” button.

As soon as you do that, you can see the template in the Private Templates section of your dashboard with the name you assigned.

Using the 3 icons on the right hand side of your private template you can edit, duplicate and delete your templates accordingly.

Creating a Sequence Template

You can go to the Sequence template section by clicking on the Sequence tab on the dashboard which is as shown in the image below.

Sequence messages are the follow up messages after someone accepts your invite. You can send up to 3 messages in a sequence.

Step 1: Similar to the Invite steps, for both Email Sequences and LinkedIn Sequences, you'll be able to select an AI message option, or, if you want a pre-built message, or create one from scratch, click the green button that says "Generic Template."

Step 2: Click on the “+” icon on the right and a popup appears as shown in the below image, enabling you to create a custom template per your needs

Just like we explained in the Invite section, you can customize the message and also personalize it using the insert variable option.

You can also add attachments to be sent along with the message like pdf files or images. You can add up to 3 files with a maximum of 20mb size.

Get even more creative by integrating Hyperise or Synthesia for personalized images or AI video!

Step 3: Click on “Create private template” button to save your customized template in your private Templates section as shown below.

You can always edit, duplicate and delete these templates as you wish. The same steps can be applied to create multiple templates for each step and also for other steps of your sequence.

Creating a Inmail Template

For creating an InMail template, the same steps are needed as if you were creating an invite message, or a sequence. You will also have an AI-generated template option, similar to the other types of messaging, as well.

If you want to create your own InMail tmeplate, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the “+” icon at the right side to view and customize the template.

As soon as you click that the following pop-up will appear where you can see a pre-filled message template. Here, you can edit the Name of the template and customize the Subject and Message as you need which can later be use in your campaigns with a single click.

You can customize and personalize the message using the variables for both Subject and also within the Message which, along with the attachments, gives you all you need to send the perfect InMail.

You can read more about the Insert Variable and Attachments in the above sections.

Step 2: Click on “Create private template” button to save your customized template in your private templates section, as shown below.

You can edit, duplicate and delete these templates as you wish by clicking on the icons available on the right.

Creating templates might seem a bit time consuming up front, but it decreases a lot of work for you later on by helping you launch your campaigns with ease.
