Click on the small icon on the bottom left of your screen. Your message will be answered by the first available account manager, so your issue can get resolved as quickly as possible! If your account manager is available, they will be the ones to answer your message.
2. Email your dedicated account manager
You can send your account manager an email and they will get back to you as quickly as possible.
3. Set up a Zoom call or meeting with your account manager.
When you got started, your account manager shared a meeting link with you that can be used to set up a meeting with them when you need some extra help.
4. Call our switchboard and leave a message for your account manager
You can find our phone number in the signature of every email. When calling our switchboard, just let them know who you’d like to reach and they will send your message to our team. Your account manager will call you back as soon as possible.
